1. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. No coupon or discount code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
We hold stock locally, which means your order gets to you fast. Most orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order in real time and know exactly when to expect your delivery.
5. DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to Portugal only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned for updates.
6. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect your order from a local pickup point. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.
7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at 1984@minicam.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
8. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 1984@minicam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
