RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.


3. FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before you complete your purchase.


4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at 1984@minicam.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval from our team.


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at 1984@minicam.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item.


7. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at 1984@minicam.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item to you immediately at no additional cost.


8. RETURN SHIPPING

As we currently ship within Portugal only, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case we will cover all return shipping costs.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
